  If you are absolutely sure the lights are adjusted properly, and the
lower part of the beam does not get higher than your hood, then it is
the flashers that have a problem.

  But if not, it is your problem. Even if you don't care about the
lighting, you should care about the effect it has on opposing traffic.

  Be careful not to cause road rage ...
