Jason,

I bet your pump is fine, and so is the radiator (as previous suggestions
have said).

You have incorrectly refilled the system and have air bubbles everywhere.
filling the overflow tank is the improper way of re-adding coolant.  The
best way is to take off the upper radiator hose, fill the block that way,
then fill the radiator....

Now, letting the car warm up with the radiator cap off is a good thing
(just dont let it overflow) this should hopefully "burp" the system.  You
may have to do several warm up/cool down cycles to get it to fully burp
the system.
