Another thought is to take the caliper off the car, drain all the brake
fluid out of it and stick it in the oven at 200 deg. Then use an easyout
while the caliper is still hot as hell. The aluminum caliper body will
expand and you might be able to get the bleeder screw out with an
easyout.
Try it when your wife/family isn't at home. Of course, when they get
home they'll ask you what the hell that smell is.
