There is a rental place in my town in VT that rents out just about 
anything.. they have tow dollys there that i often rent... they go for 
$37.50 with tax i believe per day.. not really that bad, and the cheapest i 
have seen.  The only problem is that they are not open on sundays, and close 
early on saturdays, so if you get it on a saturday,
and you get back late, you have to pay for 2 days even though you dont use 
it the second day. :(
