No first hand experience with it, but I've heard bad things about Extrude
honing the 16V head.  Apparently it takes away too much material and
actually causes the head to flow less than stock.  It may be a good bet for
the exh. manifold though.  There's a fair amount of excess there and the
shape of the ports/tubes is less critical through the manifold.
