What socket for the tranny drain plug?

I tried fabricating a 11/16" bolt (close enough) w/ locked nuts on it to
remove the 020 tranny drain plug.  Unfortunately I couldn't tack-weld the
nuts on the bolt shaft.  Because of that, they continually backed off as I
tried to undo the plug, no matter how hard I tried to jam them against one
another.

Therefore, I need to get the stupid socket for the tranny drain plug.  What
size and where do I get it?
