New info / toy on scirocco.org

After adding about 20 new links to the links page on scirocco.org, I
decided to try something a little more fun. I've put up a bunch of
tire info with a wheel / tire calculator tool off the front page. To
access it, click the 'tire' icon next to the 'gear' icon.  It's
nice to have some of this info collected in one place sometimes, if
there's a bit of tire relevant info you'd like to see on that page,
please let me know and I'll add it.
