Pressure sensor on side of block

This one is 83 Jetta Gl (have a 91 Scirocco Scala as well)
1588cc FR twin choke carb, 5 speed manual

Filter is VW

Also if you turn engine off and restart light goes off for approx 10 mins

Re squeal - omlt when moving - Approx 20mph and faster
Engine speed has no effect on noise
Definately a rotational squeal
