Re: $193.00 Speeding ticket. need help

Dan,

Your best bet to avoid points and insurance surcharges is to hire a lwayer *from* that area. Expect to pay about the same in legal fees as you would otherwise pay against the fine BUT it stays off your record meaning less future expenses. Well worth the cost and hassle.

Alternately, you can opt to defend yourself, but realize that you had better be glib and polished. Get help from the National Motorists Association, go here: http://www.motorists.org/issues/tickets/index.html

Good luck.

Subject: $193.00 Speeding ticket. need help

Hello,

I just got a $193.00 speeding ticket.
89mph in a 65mph

When I go to court next month and pled guilty is there any way I can have the fine reduced and/or lower the points? I have never had a ticket before.

ahahah stupid black cop cars! ( no wait, Stupid me)
