Re: Help me fix my stereo.



The memory cable from your radio has to be wired directly to the battery. 
Probably the previous owner reversed the memory and power cables so that 
instead of switching off the power to the power connector on the radio is 
turning off the power to the memory cable. When I installed my stereo I 
wired both power and memory to the red power cable on the stock wiring.
