RE: Reccomendations for Power Steering Fluid?

Well I don't know about " sport equipeed cars" but I use DEXTRON II TRany
Fluid in my Power steering.. Nice easy to find, and always used it without
any problem. if you are going to change your fluid in your PS, I would
recommend changing your Filter in the bowl as well, its a few dollars from
the stealership, but you might as well change it or air-pressure it clean.
as it will help your flow rate of fluid.

Subject: Reccomendations for Power Steering Fluid?

If anybody feels like giving their 2 cents on PS fluid...

Also, if I drain or flush out the old fluid, does the new batch need to be
bled like the brake lines to remove air in the system? Is it not worth it
to change the fluid until I get one of those cool self-bleeding pumps that
have been discussed widely here in the messages?

Thanks for any advice,
Christopher
