The car only hesitates once and a while.  When it's not hesitating it runs excellent.  This is the car that has the high (at least for Maryland) HC levels, only +/- .4 over the standard.  We found a broken tee in the vacuum line to the distributor, also the idle speed boost valve seems to be on all of the time.  Any thoughts on the boost valve?  Hesitation?  Thanks.
