Its probably a simple leak in one of the hoses. The system works by
'push/pull'. Making either a vacuum/pressure to lock/unlock doors. Get
someone to lock/unlock the door over and over and track down that hiss, find
the leak, patch it (cut hose at leak, plug both ends into hose coupler (auto
parts store)). You will be all fixed.
