What the Load Reduction Relay does is cuts power to everything not needed
to starting the car. (Which is why the headlights turn off when your
cranking the motor over, ect.)

Check power to the coil and everything else the Bently says to check for
under a no-start condition. 

Verify fuel, verify spark. N-kay? GL!
