Neuspeed Springs

I have the sport springs from neuspeed and shocks are boge pro gas. With car 
parked I can't push my car downwards and the bump stops have no free play 
between the upper mount and the shocks. Wanted to know if I must cut my bump 
stops replace them or modify them in some way.
