[hvac] blower motor resistor

  anyone know of a replacent for the ceramic resistor? perhaps some pc
board and a few resistors? something smaller and less likely to break /
easier to fix is what i'm looking for. about the only information i was
able to get tonight was what below. ideas?

|1   2|		1 = brown (ground)	4 = gray/red
|  3  |		2 = white		5 = black/yellow
|4   5|		3 = black
|-----|

Speeds:		0 = 1, nothing		3 = 1,2
		1 = 1,5			4 = 1,3
		2 = 1,4
