I pulled a manifold off of a motor that did not come with an O2 and
found a hole right in the middle of the two halves that was plugged with
a bolt, looked factory. 

Turned out to be exactly for the new O2 I installed, once bolt was removed.

Mated to a dual downpipe and I am on the road.
