The fuel injection, 16V brain boxes and the engine harness.

The 16V came with:

22mm M/cyl
8000 RPM tach
4 point lower bar
larger rear anti-swaybar
Black striped taillights (not necessarily a 16V thing)
Blacked out headlight retaining rings
Driver's fender without am antenna hole
Heavier pressure plate and a disc with a larger splined center
The relay shaft has a slight angle to it
Seats

That's all I can think of right now...
