Re: [tech] pedal assembly [non rocc]



This is a pretty common problem, especially for our RHD brethren as that
linkage puts even more stress on the firewall bulkhead.

There is a VW reinforcement kit  to repair this, but that is a PITA to weld
in.

Brian's answer is an acceptable rig for working around this problem, just
make sure the washers you use are sufficiently large to gain purchase on
solid sheetmetal, else you'll pull a bigger hole through with the washers.
