anybody know anybody that has had the jetta stolen with these parts?

cross drilled rotors
leather/cloth Recaros
big bumpers
full suspension lowering springs and shock/struts
corrado dash

Some guy is selling it on the Vortex, and it isnt legal from the sounds of
it.
He is in the Toronto area.
