1. possible bent rim
2. alignment - good?  You *did* have it redone after replacing the struts
 etc?  Even if so, could easily have been a botched job, if a stealership
 or tire joint did the job.  If it hasn't been done since - DO IT right
 away, and get a "real" alignment specialist to do the work.  Are you in
SoCal?  If so I can point you in a couple of different directions.
