you need the hubcentric spacers. a wheel offset by as little as 1/16th inch will shake at highway
speeds, even if balanced.
try to get correct spacers for your wheels from the wheel manufacturer.
worst case, have spacers made at a machine shop (they may have to measure the hub/wheel).
