Yes - some parts are available.

This place claims to have fenders for all mk1
Sciroccos (1974-1977 style and 1978-1981 style):

I ordered a pair of the 1978-1981 fenders a few weeks
back - I am still waiting for them to arrive.

I'll give a review once they arrive (if they arrive).
