The side windows and the doors are easy.
Make sure that you get stainless steel scraping blades
because anything otherwise will scratch the glass. What I
usually do at work is make a mixture of soap and water in
a spray bottle. Rip the tint off, soak the window in soap and
water and scrape down.

The back window is pain in the ass, but just like Greg said,
remove it, get a foaming window cleaner, let it eat at the glue
and then go to town. it'll take some time, but it'll get done.
