p & p intakes and 2.0 q's

Hello,

I was thinking about having my american manifold
Ported and Polished.  Does anyone know where I can
have this done and what it will cost me?  Any idea how
much of a difference I will feel.  

I am considering this along with a 2.0 swap into my
daily driver.  I will probably do a 2.0 with a P&P
head and take the shricks out of my 1.8.  Does anyone
in new england have a cheap 2.0 for sale?
