Im sure that in YOUR experience thats true. 
Im here to tell you (any anyone else who is actualyl following this
thread) that actually, the color and clearity really DOES make a
difference. Especially when it constitutes a bad batch of poly. 

All the clear poly that ive ever seen has deteriorated fairly fast. Some
of the worst ive seen was on Randy Walters 85' (Then) DSP GTi. He had a
brand new set installed by Velocity and before even his 2nd run he had
crumbled the inserts. He changed to a different batch and they're still
in his car as far as I know. 

Ive also got a set of rear upper shock bushings that are clear red poly.
Still there in one piece after 3 years so.............. Just depends on
the batch you get.
