there was absolutely no way i was doing under 40. but that of course was how
fast my tires were going. if you want to get right down to it and figure out
the physics, then i agree the impact may not have had the full 45mph
directly into the pole. but i was doing above 40 the moment before i came
around the corner , because i had glanced down at the speedo. my foot was on
the gas too, i was speeding up. i normally take that certain corner anywhere
from 45 to 60 when im really in a rush to get to work, this day i really hit
my apex a bit too late.
