Re: Somber, but interesting.



i have personally hit a telephone pole head on doing at least 45 if not more
and i was accelerating too. head on and wearing a seatbelt, i had no
physical damage besides a bruised hand from holding the steering wheel. it
was not even that bad either. i even started up the car afterward. im not
sure how i would have done if it hit the pole sideways like a normal person
would have. were some of those other people weren't wearing their seatbelts?
you cant expect to survive any crash, save for the minor fender bender,
without it. im living proof of it, and so isnt my sister. if i didnt wear
it, they would have pried me off a telephone pole.
