More time has been wasted on this "rice" topic by those complaining than
was on the original post!

I have MUCH more to say on this issue but I'll keep that to myself
because my opinions are not nearly as P.C. as apparently required my some
members of this list. Leave it as I am NOT a caring and nurturing
individual.
