Which plug wires?

Hey all,

Time to replace the plug wires (and the plugs, and the cap & rotor, and a
whole buncha other stuff) on my '84 8V.

Any recommendations?  Do the high-dollar, high-performance wires actually
provide gains over stock, or should I stick with the stock/generic variety?
