Oettinger motor anyone?

Just wondering if anyone on the list has an Oettinger motor (2L 16V) in
their car, or may know of anyone who does. Not just a valve cover, etc..,
but a complete motor using the vw block. There are two guys in NorCal that
are currently running this setup and I was curious how many more there are
out there.
