do you have a sunroof?  when my sunroof seal was leaking water would get in
while it was sitting.  then if when i took off the front of the car was
higher, ie going uphill, then the water ran back and into the rear hatch
area.

Folks,

The 16v I purchased has a problem with a leaky hatch.  The previous owner
attempted to resolve the situation by getting another rear hatch seal from a
junkyard.  The seal itself looks like it is in good condition.

So water is coming into the back and onto the floor.  What could be the
causes of such a situation?
