1.8T conversion

Researching possible engine conversions to my 1981 S  I was given the
number for Dennon in B.C. Canada.    He quoted me an engine for 4-5,000
Canadian, with 13,000 K.
500 for custom stainless exhaust, and 3000 in labor and modifications to
make it all fit.
This is in Canadian currency.

Not bad I think.
Opinions? Concerns?

I have two other companies in BC im checking with for comparisons.  I
will post those when they come in.
