Cincy Content Only

Two Questions:

Will anyone going to Cincy be certified to purchase R-12 and have the
tools to charge and check the system?  I'd like to get my A/C running
before the sticky summer arrives.  I can't bring myself to pay some
guy $80.00 to do that for me.

To anyone south of the Mid-Atlantic NY, NJ, CT, MD crowd:
>From west-central Virginia, I'll be taking the twisty I64 west through WV.
My departure time on Friday is flexible, so anyone coming from Richmond,
or the Carolina's can lemme know directly if they want to put together a
south-mid-Atlantic caravan.
