I haven't checked , but is the thermostat in line and
removable like most other cars? We used to remove them
when I lived in Okinawa because our cars always ran
hot, after removing them there was better water flow
in the system and the cars would run a little bit
cooler. I would think this is only a good idea if you
live in an area that doesn't get very cold in the
winter.
Has anyone else tried this?

Also, where do we get a lower temp fan switch?
