Okay. Lutefisk is a European thing... my mom is Danish and says you buy it
in a box, it's dry salted cod, you soak the salt out and then cook it. She
says it's kinda disgusting as well.  Pickled herring is pretty rude too :)

Andre' should know all about lutefisk :)
