first position is for front fogs
second is for rear fog light

Hi all,
Just got a fog light switch off Ebay and found out its a three position switch instead of a two position like I thought. What's the third position for? Rear fog lights? Also, who makes good lights? I don't want some "ricer" lights, I'm looking for something to extend my range at night on country back roads. Thanks for your help!
