Instrument Panel Part II (AKA The Lights Revenge)

BTW, if I need to replace the bulbs for the instrument panel, as well as the upshift LED, can I replace just the bulbs (once outside of the housing)?  Is the LED for the upshift a standard 5mm (.2in) LED like in the Parts Express catalog?
