Tip: lose Outlook Express.  Quickly!

I'm amazed that these programs are still widely in use.  Virtually all
of the recent email-borne virii, such as Melissa and its derivatives,
ALL target Outlook/Outlook Express SPECIFICALLY.  If you're not
using an Outlook product, you're safe.  This isn't always necessarily
true, but VERY often is the case.

BTW you might turn off your HTML, it sends crap to the list that
is especially troublesome for anyone reading in digest form.
