Euro Lights - Headlight Covers?

While at Roadstar I picked up a set of very cheap euro lights that I
couldn't pass up and packed them in cardboard for the ride home.
Unfortunately the dutch girlfriend that came with the lights as a
package deal forgot her passport and was deported by the US Customs
agents. :)

Anyway, the brackets are now cut to fit my US bumpers and they look great
(not wired yet though, so they came out again). I remember reading on the
list about some sort of gel filled, transparent headlight covers (made by
3M, maybe, I can't remember) that were about $30 - $40 but protected the
lenses from the otherwise damaging impact of small stones, loose rocks, or
very large insects.

What is the best (cheapest) source for these, and can I get them pre-cut
for my euro lights or will I have to trim them myself with an exacto
knife?
