  take a small screwdriver or knife and pry around the outside of the
panel, between the white and black pieces. you will hear some cracking
and, if you've done it right, that should be the glue cracking. it's
just a matter of getting them all borken apart.

  they're not led's (or shouldn't be). they're small blubs that you can
get from potterman or a stealership. they each have a seperate holder
that the bulb fits in to and get soldered. if you're looking to do
led's, search around. the dicussion came up a little while back about
these same things.
