O-ring for idle adjustment

Can anyone tell me what size it is?  I think the OD is 9mm, and the O-ring
diameter is 3mm, but I'm not sure.  The one on my new '82 is pretty hard,
and I can wiggle the screw, so I doubt it's sealing.
