Hey Ben,

Check the coolant level sensor on top of the expansion tank.  The plastic 
gets brittle after many years and the sensor housing will separate from the 
threads.  When your system is up to normal temperature, the pressure causes 
coolant to leak out the little hole.  It's not really obvious at first 
glance!  Look for wetness on top of the expansion tank.  A new sensor is 
~$10.
