You can get the same thing from JC Whitney for about $15 inc. shipping.  I 
got one, it's black, strong, and weems to work well.  All they are is a piece 
of pipe with 2 holes, and a bend to get around the tranny.  The JCW one 
doesn't require new bolts either.
