Re: Thermostat O-Ring leaks!!!




  Jeff, the exact same thing happened to me (thats always nice to hear isn't
it).  After a big engine swap I get it all together and find the damn
coolant leaking form the thermo housing, after I installed a brand new o
ring!  Anyway, this is one of those parts that surprise you when you ask the
parts dude for a price.  Buy a new housing, and it'll only cost you about $5
or so.  Mine was ever so slightly bent, and that caused the leak.  Threw a
new one on and I was good to go.   Hope your fix is this easy.
