Krylon: Sucks?

I want to know if this is just me:

I have been painting up bits on my car. I have had two different
cans of Krylon black at two different times of the year (early March
in heated garage, and now; 80F/26C, 34% rel humidity.

It's horrible! It's blobby, runny, orange-peely.....I had to scrap
one thing and go get another because the paint made it so much worse.

I cleaned up the objects well; I've tried Simple Green, soap & water,
mineral spirits, and brake cleaner. Nothing seems to matter.

I was using another brand (Dura-flow???? Can't remember; got it at
Pep Boyz) in primer grey and red, and they flowed on nice and smooth.

Anyone else had these kinds of problems?
