Where is the line drawn? None stock color? One too
many stickers? Spoiler that's slightly bigger then
stock? One too many fog lights? Clear or colored
lenses? Anything that was not on the Scirocco when it
drove off the show room floor?

I think this whole "Rice" thing is just a waste of
energy. So what if people want to go the extreme to
fancy up their cars, does it offend you? You know your
car is the way you like it, so the hell with what the
other guy chooses to do. It's all a matter of taste,
your taste is OK for you, but you can't speak for all
Scirocco owners.

I happen to think that Cosworth spoiler looks kind of
cool.

Exactly! Bonrath, Rieger, Kamei, just to name a few.
