Yes, I know exactly what you are saying.  There comes a time when we all must 
move on.  I am very close to doing the same.  I have narrowed it down to 2000 
golf 1.8T yes in black too.  96/97 BMW 328, or Audi A4.  97/98.  I will be 
keeping the rocco though because it is in very good shape and I just can't 
see myself parting with a car that I have been though so much with.  Got it 
in Senior year of Highschool., and had all four years of college.  ahhh the 
memories in that car. Well ya gotta do what ya gotta do.  Stay on the list 
though I'm sure you have a wealth of info to share with others when they have 
problems with their roccos. Later
