Re: SFBay, CA smog stuff



>From what I know, there are certain areas in the Bay Area designated to have
the smog test under load. I'm not sure where they are or if SF is going to
make that list, but apparently the state makes the decision based on levels
of smog in that area.

I could just be talking nonsense, but that's how I understand it.
