RPI non A/C Kit

Has anyone seen the non A/C Kit in the RPI add in the newest EC (pg. 117)? It 
says that it eliminates the A/C compressor on your 16v Golf, Jetta, or 
Scirocco. What does this kit consist of for $195? Is it just a bracket or 
what? I want to get rid of the A/C on my 16v Scirocco, will this kit take 
care of it or is there more involved to buy?
